| How do I register? |
| Go to topquest.net. Select “Sign Up” from the right menu. Fill in the requested information and follow the instructions. |

| How do I create the CZ College Prep Form/Profile? |
| After registering, you will have a User ID and password. Log in and then select “My Profile” from the left menu. Follow the directions and fill in all requested information. The information you enter is used to automatically complete the CZ College Prep Form which is used by the CZ Auto-fill Tool™ to complete college admissions and scholarship applications. |

| How does the CZ Auto-fill Tool™ work? |
| The 5-step process for the auto-fill tool is: |
| 1. Register yourself as a user |
| 2. Create and complete the CZ College Prep Form |
| 3. Use TQ to search and match to colleges and funding |
| 4. Install the one-of-a-kind CZ Auto-fill Tool™. The CZ icon will appear on your top menu bar. |
| 5. Apply for college or funding online: Click on the “Apply” button for the college I which you want to send your application. Click on the CZ icon, log in by entering your username and password for TOPQUEST and watch the fields automatically fill in with your information. Next, you will need to send your application to the college and pay the applicable fees. |

| What if I want to apply to multiple colleges? |
| Repeat step 5 from above. |

| How do I search for colleges? |
| It’s simple. Once you complete the CZ College Prep Form/Profile, the system will match you based on your personal criteria (cost range, state, and type of college) and your academic profile (ACT, SAT, Class Ranking and GPA). |

| How do I search for scholarships? |
| Log in to your TOPQUEST account. From the left menu, select “Scholarship Grant or Award Search”. At the “Keyword” prompt, enter your area of interest. You can even select college specific scholarships (a feature that only TOPQUEST offers) if you choose. For more details about any scholarship in your results, simply click on it. Select “Save” to store your results in your account. When you return to the “Scholarship Grant or Award Search” section, your saved scholarships can easily be accessed by clicking on “Saved Scholarship”. |

| If you select “yes” for a college specific search, a new window will open and you are prompted to enter more information (the state, city and name of the college). Enter the requested information, select search and then click on your college choice. Your college will then appear in the college specific box on the “Scholarship and Grant List” page. Hit search and you will have your results within seconds. |

How do I Chat? |
| Once you log in to TOPQUEST, you are automatically logged in to the online Chat feature as well. Select Chat Room from the menu on the left. You will be able to see who else is online and start chatting. It’s just like instant messenger. |
